Brand new this year, each ticket into the Barrett-Jackson Champagne and Jazz Lounge will include not only one complimentary mimosa and bottomless mimosas through halftime of the first match, it will also include M Culinary’s signature french fries. M Culinary, the official concessionaire of the Polo Party, will serve its salty savory snack complimentary throughout the entire day for guests to enjoy alongside champagnes like Chandon Aluminum Rose and Sweet Star, or a beverage of their choice, including cocktails made with Ketel One Botanical.“We are always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience at the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships, and what’s better than champagne and complimentary french fries while watching some the greatest polo played in Scottsdale,” said Chef Michael DeMaria, Co-founder of M Culinary Concepts. “We know this is going to be a tasty addition to Barrett-Jackson’s Champagne and Jazz Lounge.”
M Culinary’s bottomless french fries are not the only savory treat at The Polo Party this year. All guests attending the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships can also feast on fried chicken and champagne as part of the Fried & Fizzy pop-up experience located in the General Admission area. The food truck features a menu of fried chicken, mashed potatoes with truffle gravy, coleslaw, and its fizzy counterpart options including champagne, sparkling wines, and non-alcoholic beveragesBesides the Barrett-Jackson Champagne & Jazz Lounge, there are two other VIP experiences: Prime: A Luxury Tent Experience by Steak 44, Neiman Marcus, Barrett-Jackson and Bentley Scottsdale, and the Molina Fine Jewelers Drivers & Players VIP Lounge.The 2019 Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships’ gates open at WestWorld of Scottsdale at 10:00 a.m. with a military match kicking off the festivities featuring the U.S. Air Force vs U.S. Marines, made possible by Safeway Albertsons. That’s followed by all-time fan favorite Centtrip Wales Polo Team, which takes on the Arizona Polo Club for the first time.The third and featured match-up of the day brings the reigning champs Aspen Valley Polo Team back to the desert with polo superstar Nacho Figueras and team captain Melissa Ganzi behind the reins. Aspen Valley will take on The Royal County Berkshire Polo Club, which is making its first appearance in Arizona. Prince Charles was the organization’s first member. In the final match of the day the Arizona Equine Rescue will compete against Southwest Wildlife in a thrilling charity match that has a $10,000 purse to the winning charity, sponsored by EPR Polo LLC.
