I was invited to attend Phoenix Fashion Week at Talking Stick Resort and my first thought was “what shall I drive?” well a 2016 Lexus LX570 of course! This stylish SUV is stunning and fully equipped will everything one needs to make a statement at any event.
Phoenix Fashion week is a three day event where 14 hand-selected designers showcase on the runway their collections all designers were mentored by True Religion Jeans Co-founder Kym Gold.
Each night showcased a different theme , first night was Community, second night was Contemporary and the gran finally Luxury Couture.
In addition to the runway shows, there is a Style Villa were you are treated to red carpet activities such as meet and greet the designer , complimentary polish changes from CND® VINYLUX pop-up nail studio, music by top DJ’s and mingle with celebrities like actress Grace Dove from The Revenant she was Leonardo di Caprio co-star played his wife.
On opening night I wore Latina designer Rosa Cardenas trendy look a tulle skirt, white t-shirt from Old Navy and Steve Madden heels.
Had the privilege of wearing for Luxury Couture night a dress by Arizona’s own emerging designer Loren Aragon from ACONAV who debuted his couture collection at Phoenix Fashion Week.My dress was straight out of the 2017 Shattered Collection, this couture collection is meant to represent broken pottery pieces coming together to conceive a new creation.
I loved every minute of Phoenix Fashion Week. It was such a unique and memorable experience thank you for the invitation. I invite you to check it out next year!
